Homeowner dues are based on the size of your property lot and range annually from approximately $450 to $900. If paid in full by the spring deadline, a discount is applied.

As a current homeowner association member or prospective buyer’s realtor, you can request a copy of the current balance sheet and profit & loss statement by using the “Contact Us” section via the Home page. Major expenses include: 1) Community repairs, 2) Snow removal for streets, 3) Electricity for street lighting, and 4) Insurance. 

Homeowners are responsible for unit driveway snow removal and individual lawn care.
